    Who this is for

    Situations I support

Hard seasons rarely fit a neat label. These are some of the places people arrive from. If your story looks different, you are still welcome to reach out and see whether coaching fits.

    Grief and loss

When someone or something important is gone, ordinary days can feel heavier than they look from the outside. Coaching offers a steady place to name what hurts, honor what matters, and take the next small step without rushing your process.

    Relationship upheaval

Divorce, betrayal, and broken trust rearrange more than a relationship. They can shake identity, routines, and hope. Together we slow the swirl, sort what is true now, and rebuild a clearer footing for what comes next.

    Everyday overwhelm

Major transitions and the quiet pile-up of daily strain can leave you stretched thin. Coaching helps you notice what is draining you, choose what deserves your energy, and move forward at a pace that feels human.

    About the work

    Michelle's approach

Michelle Kaminski brings personal experience of difficult life seasons together with coach training. She meets people as they are: tired, unsure, hopeful, or somewhere in between.

Sessions make room for honest conversation. You are heard without being hurried. From there, the work turns toward clearer perspective and practical next steps you can actually carry, chosen at your pace.

    Careful listening

Space to say what is true without performing strength or having the answer ready.

    Clearer perspective

Help sorting what feels tangled so the path forward is easier to see.

    Practical next steps

Small, grounded actions shaped around your life, not a one-size plan.

    Your pace

Room to move carefully. Progress does not have to be loud to be real.

Coaching is supportive partnership, not therapy or medical treatment. If you need clinical care or are in crisis, please reach out to emergency services or a licensed mental health professional.

    Getting started

    How coaching works

The first step is a simple request for an introductory conversation. From there, we decide together what makes sense. Nothing is locked in when you submit the form.

    1. 01

      Send a request

Share your name, email, and optional meeting preference. Keep it simple. You do not need to explain your whole story in the form.

    2. 02

      Talk about fit

We discuss whether coaching feels right for you right now, and whether online or in person makes more sense. In-person details are arranged individually after we connect.

    3. 03

      Decide together

There is no pressure to continue. If it feels like a match, we outline next steps. If not, you leave with clearer language for what you need.

    Common questions

    A few things people ask

Is coaching the same as therapy?+

No. Coaching is not mental health treatment, medical care, or crisis support. Therapy addresses clinical needs with licensed professionals. Coaching focuses on listening, perspective, and practical next steps as you navigate a hard season. If you are in immediate danger or need clinical care, please contact emergency services or a qualified mental health provider.

Can we meet online or in person?+

Both are available. Many people start online for ease. In-person sessions can be arranged after we talk, once we know what works for your situation. Location details are discussed individually rather than listed here.

What if I am not sure where to begin?+

That is a common place to start. You do not need a polished plan or the right words. An introductory conversation is simply a chance to share what is going on, ask questions, and see whether this support feels useful.

    Begin here

    Request an introductory conversation

Share a few details and Michelle will follow up. You do not need to write out your story here. A name, email, and optional meeting preference are enough to start.

    • This is a request for contact, not an appointment booking.
    • Online and in-person options can be discussed after we connect.
    Meeting preference (optional)

In-person details can be discussed after you reach out. No need to decide now.

Submitting this form sends a request only. It does not schedule a session or create an account.
